Hello everyone! Spellbinder's Large Die Of the Month is all about birthday celebrations! Balloons & Birthday Wishes is fabulous wth its gorgeous banner and made-to-fit sentiments. I love the addition of the balloons and flowers to round off a design. So much fun to play with!
The May "New Subscriber" registration window will be available May 6 - 27th while supplies last.
Teal card stock was embossed with Seamless Floral Background embossing folder and the high points rubbed with a white pigment ink pad. It was adhered to an A2 sized, top folding card base.
The banner was die cut from two shades of peach coloured card stock and assembled.
The sentiments were cut from cream card stock. WISHES was adhered to the banner.
The banner was adhered to the card with foam square dimensionals ensuring room was left below it for one of the sentiment die cuts.
The flowers and balloons were cut from pink, peach and red card stock and the leaves and flower centres from mint.
Distress Oxide Inks were used to add some shading to the balloons.
The balloons were adhered to the die cut strings and mounted on the card with foam squares.
The two remaining sentiments were adhered. One between the balloons and the other beneath the banner.
The flowers,paired with a stem or leaves, were used to embellish the card. Aura Opalescent Sequins placed in the flower centres. The confetti was finished off with Nuvo Crystal Drops Morning Dew.
