Card Details
A panel of black cardstock measuring 3¾” x 5” was embossed with the Brick by Brick folder. I love how deeply this folder impresses the design — it truly mimics the look and feel of real brick. The panel was layered on matte gold cardstock from the Gold Treasured Cardstock (4” x 5¼”) and then adhered to an A2-sized black card base.
The tree, from the Small Die of the Month, was die cut from Fern Colorwheel Cardstock and dressed with white snow drifts. I added tiny red ornaments and finished them off with Nuvo Crystal Drops in Morning Dew for that perfect glossy holiday touch.
For the sentiment, I used the fun dies from the bonus set included in the Deluxe Caboodle Kit — “for U believe in magic.”
The word for was cut from Pomegranate cardstock.
The letter U was die cut and stacked for extra dimension.
The banner, cut from matte gold cardstock, was gently popped up with foam squares.

The mix of color, texture, and shimmer gives this card an elevated, contemporary look while keeping a cozy Christmas feel. The deep black background lets the gold and green details shine beautifully!
Spellbinders’ 3D Embossing Folder of the Month is always a favorite — the texture alone can turn a simple design into something extraordinary.
