The June Spellbinders Clear Stamp & Die of the Month, This Way to Rainbows, is such a fun and versatile set! The charming signpost design, paired with a collection of playful sentiments and directional signs, makes it easy to create cheerful cards for summer and beyond. For this quick and easy card, I combined the stamp set with the June 3D Embossing Folder of the Month, Island Style, for a tropical-inspired background that perfectly complements the vacation-themed sentiments.

Card Details
I began by embossing a panel of kraft cardstock with the Island Style 3D Embossing Folder. The detailed tiki-inspired pattern adds wonderful texture and interest while keeping the overall design simple. The embossed panel was trimmed to 4” x 5¼” and adhered to an A2-sized black card base, creating a bold frame around the neutral background.

The sentiments for the top and bottom of the card were stamped onto Colorwheel Cardstock Coral and cut with the coordinating dies included in This Way to Rainbows set. For the directional signs, I stamped the words Sunshine, Sunset, and Cocktails onto different colours of Colorwheel Cardstockk. I used Beeswax for Sunshine, Tuscan for Sunset, and Dahlia for Cocktails. Each piece was then die cut with a coordinating sign die.
The signpost and sandy foreground were die cut from Acorn cardstock and assembled before being adhered to the left side of the card panel with foam squares for added dimension. To finish the design, I added the secondary sentiment, “Slow Down & Soak It In,” near the bottom right corner and popped it up with foam adhesive for extra interest.

Final Thoughts
This card came together quickly, but the combination of the richly embossed background and the colourful signpost creates plenty of visual impact. This Way to Rainbows Clear Stamp & Die of the Month is packed with possibilities, and I love how easily the interchangeable signs can be customized to fit different themes and occasions. Paired with the tropical texture of the Island Style embossing folder, it makes for a fun reminder to slow down, soak it all in, and enjoy a little sunshine, sunset, and cocktails along the way!
