Hello friends! Spellbinders’ Die of the Month, Autumn Scarecrow, is so sweet with all the seasonal elements needed to create a quintessential Fall scene, The scarecrow is in the midst of a pumpkin patch created with the Stencil of the Month.
The September registration window for this club will be available September 6 for current Club Members. New registrations are accepted on the 10th of September. Registrations can be completed until September 27th or while supplies last.
A panel of teal card stock was cut to 4 1/4“ x 5 1/2” and stencilled using the Stencil of the Month.
The pumpkins were coloured with Distress Oxide Inks; Tumbled Glass, Peacock Feathers and Sage Green.
The panel was secured to an A2 sized card base.
The elements from Die of the Month were cut from teals, oranges, amber and soft blue card stock. Kraft was used for the posts and the scarecrow’s head.
The posts for the signs and the scarecrow were also die cut from black sheet foam and stacked.
When composing the scene, the elements that were in the foreground were popped up with foam.
