Spellbinders’ Rocky the Dancin’ Yeti Die Set is part of the Monster Friends Collection. I will provide links to other ‘Dancin’ Monsters’ I have worked with. They are all so adorable and easy to make. Today’s feature set may be my favourite! Who can resist a dancing Yeti?
A panel of watercolour paper sized 4 1/4 by 5 1/2 inches were coloured with the variety of liquid watercolours and left to dry completely.
Dark blue card stock, also measuring 4 1/4 x 5 1/2“, was die cut with the Frozen Flurries Die. This panel was mounted on the watercolour background.
White card stock was cut with one of the landscape dies from Color Block Scenic Scape.
All the panels were spattered with Splatter White Opaque Watercolor.
Foam tape was used to adhere the white snow hill over the snowflake background.
Rocky the Dancin’ Yeti is a super fun die set! The interactive yeti is accompanied by a number of accessories. For my card, yeti will be holding a snowcone while keeping his ears warm with cute earmuffs. To see how easily the interactive element is assembled, check out this VIDEO to see how another dancin ' character put together.
The card was finished off with a sentiment from the Four Seasons Die Set cut from dark blue card stock and black sheet foam. The sentiment was stacked and adhered to the card.
