OH MY GOODNESS! Spellbinder's House-Mouse Holiday Collection is so adorable! I included a photo of the entire collection ... they are absolutely the cutest!
My card features Bringing Christmas To You ... I love this little guy pulling the ornament through the snow! He will need his friends if it is destined to go on a 'not so mouse-sized' tree. LOL!
The image was stamped on Canson XL Watercolour Paper with Versamark Ink and gold embossed. The sentiment was then stamped below the image and also embossed.
The ornament was painted with Mica Watercolours by Iuile. The mica makes the paint very sparkly! Perfect for a Christmas ornament. I purchased my set of paints on Etsy.
I wanted to create a bold sky. For intense colour, I always reach for Gansai Tambi Watercolours.
Using a fan brush, the panel was spattered with slightly watered down Dr. PH Martin's Bleed Proof White.
When the panel was completely dry, it was cut with a die from the Essential Stylish Ovals die set.
The panel was mounted on black card stock measuring 4 1/4" by 5 1/2" and adhered to an A2 sized card base.
