Hello friends! Spellbinders' 3D Embossing Folder of the Month, Pumpkin Patch, is a celebration of Autumn! The reverse embossing technique was used for these cards giving them rustic vibe … perfect for the PUMPKIN PATCH!
The September registration window for this club will be available September 6 for current Club Members. New registrations are accepted on the 10th of September. Registrations can be completed until September 27th or while supplies last.
White card stock was embossed with the 3D Embossing Folder of the Month. One panel was oriented in landscape while the other in portrait.
Small blending brushes were used to apply Distress Oxide Inks to the images on the debossed side of the panels.
The pumpkins were coloured with Dried Marigold, Fossilized Amber and Carved Pumpkin. On one of the panels, Salvaged Patina was used. Scattered Straw was used for the sunflowers.
The pumpkin stems and the centres of the sunflowers were coloured with a Copic marker. For one panel, YG97 was used and for the other, E47.
Walnut Stain was dragged across both panels colouring in the background and the raised areas of the images.
The panels were spattered with Distress Stain Tarnished Brass.
The panels were trimmed to 4“ x 5 1/4“ and it cleared to black matted, A2 sized card bases.
The sentiments for the cards are from Four Seasons Die Set and Fresh Picked Sentiments. The words were die, cut from black sheet foam gold glitter card stock from the Treasured Card Stock Gold Assortment and dark brown card stock. The gold glitter die cut was stacked on the foam and the brown die cut offset on it.
