Hello friends! Are you a bird lover? Get ready for Spellbinders’ Cheerful Chirps Collection! I have three cards, one a fun easel, featuring Pretty Birds, Flying High , and Free Hugs Oscar. These sweet die cut birds are supported with additional products included in this collection; Spread Your Wings Sentiments, Bamboo Screen 3D Embossing Folder and Chameleon Opalescent Sequins.

All of these cards were created with Colorwheel Cardstock. Free Hugs Oscar was done up with Rainforest, Chiffon, Coral, Dahlia and Tuscan. Acorn, Sicily, Rainforest, Tutu, Indigo and the muted green and bright blue from Spellbinders’ former collection were used for Flying High. Pretty Birds was created with Coral, Pomegranate, Rainforest, Tuscan, Saffron and Oceanside.
FREE HUGS OSCAR

For this card, Chiffon cardstock was adhered to an A2 sized card base.
Free Hugs Oscar was assembled and his claws adhered to the perch of the swing from the Pretty Birds die set. Several flowers and leaves also from Pretty Birds were adhered to swing.
For added dimension, the bird and swing were adhered by placing foam squares under the bird and flowers. A flower was added to the larger arrangement adhering it directly to the card front.
The die cut sentiment included in the Free Hugs Oscar die set was adhered to the card and the main stamped sentient is from the Spread Your Wings Sentiments.
The card was embellished with Chameleon Opalescent Sequins.
FLYING HIGH

A panel of Acorn cardstock was embossed using the Bamboo Screen 3D Embossing Folder and adhered to an A2, black card base. The raised areas were rubbed with Distress Oxide Antique Linen.
Three branches were cut from the Flying High Die Set ; two will be positioned horizontally and one vertically. The assembled parrot was adhered to the lower horizontal branch and adhered to the card front with foam squares on the back of the parrot. The flowers and leaves were adhered to the other branches and they were also mounted with foam squares.
An additional leafy flower was tucked behind the parrot and adhered directly to the card front.
The sentiment stamped from Spread Your Wings Sentiments was cut with one of the dies from the Mirrored Arch Labels. The sentiment was mounted to a foam die cut and buds added to it.
The card was embellished with Chameleon Opalescent Sequins.
PRETTY BIRDS

An A2 card base was scored and creased 1 1/2” from the bottom of the card front.
A Coral panel was cut with one of the dies from Perfect Arches. It was adhered to the card base on the 1 1/2” flap.
A gold foil panel 4 1/4” by 4” was adhered to the card base front above the crease line. The arch cut out was embossed with Bamboo Screen 3D Embossing Folder and adhered to the arch opening to the card front. A 2” strip of Coral was added to the bottom of the inside of the card base to create a ledge for the easel to sit against.
The assembled lovebirds on the swing were adhered to the arch opening on both ends of the perch and the chain. Flowers and leaves were assembled in a grouping to adhere to the swing and the arch to provide additional stability.
Pretty Birds Die Set Includes a die cut sentiments that was adhered below the arch and Chameleon Opalescent Sequins were used to embellish the card.
