Hello friends! Spellbinders’ Stencil of the Month, Colourful Pumpkins, is a beautiful layering stencil set. It is hard to imagine Autumn without pumpkins, I love to colour, carve and eat them! And there is nothing better than a stroll through a pumpkin patch! I love Autumn!
The September registration window for this club will be available September 6 for current Club Members. New registrations are accepted on the 10th of September. Registrations can be completed until September 27th or while supplies last.
Cream and aqua coloured card stock were cut to 4” x 5 1/4”. The panels were stencilled with Colorful Pumpkins using Small blending brushes.
For the cream panel, Fresh Dye Inks Inks were used to colour the squash in Snapdragon, Sunray, Chamomile and Terracotta. Marshland was used for the stem.
For the aqua panel, the pumpkins were coloured with pigment white ink and Distress Oxide Inks Peacock Feathers, Bundled Sage and Cracked Pistachio with Faded Jeans on the stems. .
The panels were adhered to A2 sized, black card bases.
A sweet arrangement was created using some die cuts from the Small Die of the Month. The sign, post and most of the elements were were popped up with either foam squares or strips.
The main sentiment is from the Glimmer of the Month. The coordinating die was used to cut both the sentiment and foam. The sentiment was stacked.
The card was embellished with Aura Opalescent Sequins finished off with Nuvo Crystal Drops Morning Dew.
