Hello friends! Spellbinder's Vintage Floral Etched Die Set is featured in today's card! These gorgeous blooms in varying sizes have pretty etched details and the layered die cuts add wonderful depth and dimension to the flowers. I used an oval die cut as the foundation to compose this floral design.
A die from the Essential Ovals Die Set was used to cut black card stock and black sheet foam. The ovals were stacked and adhered to a cream, A2 sized card base.
The flower components were cut from two shades of pink, yellow and cream card stock. The leaves were cut from mint card stock.
The flower layers were assembled.
The pink flowers were adhered first to the left hand side of the oval with foam squares. Using liquid adhesive several leaves were tucked under the pink petals. The floral frame was completed with the ivory flowers adhering them with either foam squares or liquid adhesive along with a couple of additional leaves.
The sentiment included in the Vintage Floral Etched Die Set was cut from both cream card stock and white sheet foam, stacked and adhered to the card front.
The card was embellished with ivory pearls.
