Hello, fellow card makers! Friendship Garden, Spellbinder's Clear Stamp and Die of the Month, is a gorgeous floral design. I love the dramatic look of coloured, embossed flowers on a dark background Check out an easy 'no masking' trick to get this look!

The Friendship Garden floral and two sentiments were stamped on white card stock with Copic friendly, black Memento ink using a stamping platform. The floral stamp was left in place so it could be restamped after the colouring was completed.
The image was Copic coloured; Y15 for the small flowers and flower centres, R56 & 59 for the mid sized flowers and R00, 01 & 81 for the large flowers. The leaves were coloured with YG23.
The image was brushed with anti static powder, placed back into the stamping platform, inked with Versamark and gold embossed.
The floral image and sentiments were die cut.
The floral outline die was used to cut both an A2 sized black card stock panel and black sheet foam. The card stock panel was adhered to the foam and then mounted on an A2 sized, black, top-folding card stock.
The background of the floral image was coloured with Copic Black 100.
The floral image was adhered in the recessed area of the card front.
The coordinating sentiment dies were used to cut black foam and the sentiments were stacked on the foam die cuts.
The main sentiment was adhered below the recessed floral image. The secondary sentiment was adhered to the embossed image.
