Hello everyone! Spellbinder's BetterPress Plate of the Month, The Sun & The Moon, is very beautiful with heartwarming sentiments. In fact, one of the sentiments has been a consistent 'sign off' on cards to my grandson his whole life ... "love you to the moon and back"! I made a very 'quick and easy' card because sometimes that is just what time allows!

Dark blue cardstock was letterpressed with the sun/moon image BetterPress Letterpress System using Versamark ink. The BetterPress Plate of the Month'S main plate was positioned so it would be pressed into the centre of the panel.
The panel was coated with Gold Embossing Powder and then melted with a heat tool. Heat embossing with BetterPress provides a very clean result.
The panel was trimmed to 3 3/4" by 5" and adhered to a gold foil card stock matted, A2 sized card base.
The sentiments were pressed onto gold foil card stock and embossed with blue embossing powder.
The sentiments and black sheet foam were cut with the coordinating dies and stacked.
The sentiments were adhered to the card front. Done! Quick and easy!
