Hello friends! Spellbinder's 3D Embossing Folder of the Month, Classic Backdrop, is a versatile and beautiful design that I can see myself incorporating into many future cards! As the name suggests, it is timeless and perfect for any occasion!

Three panels of coloured card stock, pink, yellow and blue, were trimmed to 4" by 5 1/4" and die cut with the oval die included in the BetterPress Plate of the Month.
They were embossed with the 3D Embossing Folder of the Month . The flat side of folder was first inked with Pawsitively Saturated Inks. For the blue panel, Surf was used, Sweets for the pink panel and Lemonade for the yellow one.
The panels were adhered to A2 sized card bases.
The oval die was used to cut the same card stock used for the panels. The oval was inlaid in the die cut opening.
The sentiment also from the BetterPress Plate of the Month was pressed with BetterPress Black Ink on Porcelain BetterPress A2 Cotton Card Panels using the BetterPress Letterpress System.
The coordinating die was used to cut both the sentiment and white sheet foam. The sentiment was stacked and adhered to the oval.
The open book was created with dies from the Large Die Of the Month. The book covers were cut from the same cardstock as the ovals and panels. The books were adhered to the base of the ovals with foam squares.
The small flowers, also cut from the same card stock, are from the Four Petal Bloom Reflection die set.
Nuvo Crystal Drops Dandelion Yellow was used for the flower centres and for some additional accents.
