Hello friends! Welcome to Simon Says Stamp’s new release! Moments In Time is gorgeous and a must to check out. I am a huge fan of sentiment sets! I have three cards featuring EZ Strips Congratulations. This is a fantastic stamp … Yes, I said stamp! With one stamping you get a series of sentiments focussed on a congratulatory theme. Of course, there is a coordinating die to cut all of the sentiments out at the same time. And that brings me to something else that I love! Having sentiments on hand, ready to go, is a great time saver when you need a card in a hurry.

The colour palette for all three cards are muted tones of corals, greens and brown. The strip sentiments were stamped with black ink on soft coral cardstock and cut with the coordinating die. The sentiments were adhered to the card friends with Foam Strip Tape.

For the card above, the shape card was created with the Nested Domed Arches die set. The largest arch was used to cut white cardstock that had been creased in half. The top of the arch overhung the crease slightly before feeding it through the die cutter creating a hinge. This die was then use to cut soft coral cardstock to adhere to the card base. Two consecutive dies were then used to cut arches from brown and green card stock. The green arch was embossed with Nested Domed Arches. Layered Squirrel, Oh Baby Dies and the strip sentiments were popped up with foam. The card front was embellished with florals from Hanging Leaf Ring and cream coloured confetti finished with Nuvo Crystal Drops Morning Dew.

This card was created with the Hanging Leaf Ring die set. The ring was cut from glitter cardstock and black foam. After it was stacked, some embroidery floss was fed through the ring before adhering it to a soft coral circle tacking the floss to the back of it. The circle panel was adhered to a black, A2 sized card base. The ring was decorated with the florals that accompanied this die set. Some elements were adhered to the ring, and others directly to the card base or popped up with foam squares. After the sentiment was tucked in to the ring amidst the florals, it was finished off with peach confetti topped up with Nuvo Crystal Drops Morning Dew.

For this card, green cardstock was embossed with Vine Canopy Embossing Folder and adhered to an A2 sized, black card base. The circle frame was cut from coral cardstock using a die from the Thin Circle Frame Nested Die Set. These cards feature flowers from Exotic Blooms cut from different shades of coral cardstock. At the base of the flower petal components, Pawsitively Saturated Ink Guava was added. The decorated circle frame was it adhered to the card front with foam squares placed under the leaves and flowers. A section of the circle frame was left open to pop in Layered Chickadee, also popped up with foam squares. It was finished off with peach confetti topped up with Nuvo Crystal Drops Morning Dew.
