Hello everyone! Woohoo! It is Day5 of Spellbinder's Crafty Advent Calendar! The door was narrow and tall ... I was filled with anticipation and the reveal did not disappoint! The first thing I thought of when I saw this fabulous embossing folder was snow. Clearly there are many different applications for this classic dot design but snow it is!

White card stock was cut three times with the die from Create A Decorative Tag.
One tag was embossed with the Day 5 reveal. The flat side of the embossing folder was inked dark blue and the bottom with a light blue. the top of the tag was lined up with the edge of the folder and embossed.
The embossed tag was adhered to a plain tag die cut to allow for a smooth writing surface on the back.
To create a back drop, the third tag was cut with a die from Color Block Scenic Scape. The snowy foreground was adhered to the tag.
The mouse and glittery bow were created using Dancin' & Giftin' Mouse. The mouse's Christmas sweater was cut from patterned paper from the Make It Merry Paper Pad. The inside of the ear and cheek were COPIC coloured with E83.
When assembling the mouse the legs are kept separate from the body to create an interactive element. Please view the video tutorial.
The details on the scarf were textured with Nuvo Stone Drops Chalk White.
The candy cane tucked into the mouse's paw was created from a couple of dies found in the Christmas Wonder die set.
