Step-by-Step Tutorial
Create the Tag Bases
Die cut circles from Colorwheel Cardstock (Seaside, Blush, Fern, and Oceanside) using a nesting circle die set.
For variety, emboss one background with the Flurry of Snowflakes folder and letterpress another using the Peppermint Twist BetterPress Plate inked with Abandoned Coral Distress Oxide Ink.
For the night-sky effect, spatter the Oceanside circle with Spellbinders Spatter White using a fan brush for soft snowy speckles.
Assemble the Characters
Die cut the characters from various colours of cardstock to bring each one to life.
Assemble and to add depth, pop them up with foam squares to adhere them to the circle bases.

Add Dimension & Details
For tags with snow elements (like Chimney Caper), add Nuvo Stone Drops in Chalk White to mimic textured snow.
Stamp the cute coordinated sentiments on each tag for a playful touch — phrases like “snow glad we’re friends” or “cozy wishes for a Merry Christmas” work perfectly.

Finishing Touches
Punch a small hole at the top of each tag.
Thread with glitter tulle and loop the tie to finish — the sparkle adds just the right holiday magic!

Final Thoughts
These Christmas gift tags are not only adorable but also make gift-giving extra special. They’re quick to put together once you have your pieces cut, making them perfect for mass production if you have a lot of gifts to wrap this season.
🎄 Pro Tip: Make a few extra — they double as festive tree ornaments or place setting décor!
