A Rainbow of Interactive Skaters featuring Spellbinder’s Dancin’ Penguin

Hello everyone! Spellbinder's Dancin' Christmas Collection is jam packed full of cuteness! These sets create easy interactive elements to pump up the 'adorable' factor! Today's card features Dancin' Penguin Die Set times five ... who wouldn't want a rainbow for Christmas!

  • These cute little penguins were easily assembled after lots of die cutting from white, dark pink, yellow, teal, blue and purple card stock. The legs were not adhered to the body as this will be the interactive element.

  • The cheeks were coloured with a touch of Distress Oxide Inks Spun Sugar, and the beak, with Carved Pumpkin.

  • White card stock was embossed with the Holly Flourish Embossing Folder. It was trimmed to 8 1/2" by 3 1/2" and adhered to a 8 3/4" by 3 3/4" black card base.

  • A small foam dot was used to hold the legs in place. Additional foam was adhered to the back of the head and body making sure that it would not interfere with the swinging legs. Holding the legs in position to the body, the penguins were adhered to the card front.

  • The cute sentiment is from Dancin' Christmas Sentiments Clear Stamps was stamped with black Versafine ink on white card stock. The sentiment was trimmed and mounted to the card front with foam.

  • Nuvo Flitter Drops White Blizzard was added to the stars on the wands for a touch of sparkle.

  • For some dimension and texture on the hats' pompoms and trim, Nuvo Stone Drops Chalk White was added.
