This trio of A2 cards leans fully into a bold, pop-art aesthetic using the Ugh Stamps & Die Set. Each card highlights the oversized sentiment as the star, layered and slightly offset by die cutting the word three times in coordinating cardstock colours for added depth and shadow coupled with a sarcastic and fun secondary sentiment. THIS IS LIFE!

Card One – Star Burst:
A playful star background was created using the Essential Stars die set, die cut from Colorwheel Cardstock in Violet, Waterfall, and Blue Spruce. The layered UGH sentiment sits front and centre, with a stamped secondary sentiment on a narrow strip, popped up with foam for dimension.

Card Two – Colour Block Grid:
This design features four graphic panels measuring 2” × 2⅝”, spaced evenly with ⅛” gaps. Parrot, Blue Spruce, Blush, and Black card stocks create strong contrast and that classic pop-art block look. The sentiment is layered and offset, with a stamped sub-sentiment tucked in to balance the composition.
Card Three – Modern Panel Play:
A larger background panel (4” × 5¼”) anchors the design, layered with a popped-up white panel measuring 3½” × 2¼”. A smaller Tutu accent panel (2⅞” × ⅞”) adds a hit of colour and ties in the secondary sentiment, which is stamped in black ink and raised with foam adhesive.
All secondary sentiments were stamped in black ink on strips measuring 2⅞” × ⅞” and popped up with foam. The cards were finished with Nuvo Crystal Drops in white or black. Confetti was used as a placement guide to keep the dots perfectly round and consistent in size.

Closing Thoughts
These cards are proof that a single word—especially one as relatable as UGH—can say it all. By mixing bold colour blocking, clean lines, and dimensional die cutting, you can create cards that feel playful, modern, and expressive without being complicated. Perfect for those moments when life is a lot… but at least we can laugh about it.
