Hello friends! Spellbinder’s More Fresh Picked Collection is fabulous and the Fresh Picked Vase Bouquet is such a gorgeous die set. I love how the foliage flows out of the vase and have accentuated this design feature with dark mahogany leaves on an aqua backdrop.
A panel 4” by 5 1/2” of Island Blue Card Stock was embossed with the Classic Backdrop 3 D Embossing Folder and adhered to an A2 sized, black card base.
The vase from the Fresh Picked Vase Bouquet die set was cut from a patterned paper pack, Paper Rose Urban Garden. The vase was also cut from black sheet foam and the patterned paper vase was adhered to it.
The foliage was cut from Mahogany Card Stock. I love this deep, rich reddish purple colour. It reads like a neutral and I love it against that blue background.
Although the Fresh Picked Vase Bouquet die set has a few different flower types, I chose to keep it simple with a single style in two different sizes. The flowers were cut from Pink Sand Card Stock and the centres in the Mahogany.
The stems for the florals have endpoints where the flowers are to be adhered.
The foliage was adhered to the card front and the foam backed vase adhered over the stem ends.
The sentiment from Thanks Enclosed Sentiments was cut three times from white card stock, stacked and adhered to the vase.
Several clear, iridescent confetti were place in and around the bouquet. They were finished off with Nuvo Crystal Drops Morning Dew.
