Card Details
This set includes four cards, each featuring a bold colour combination and an adorable Mickey Mouse rub-on image paired with a sentiment. The card bases were created in an assembly-line style using Colorwheel Cardstock in Blue Spruce, Teal Topaz, Tuscan, and Cranberry, rotating the colours so each card feels cohesive yet unique.
The focal panels were die cut using the smallest die from the Bow and Bell Scallop Frame set, cut from a contrasting Colorwheel colour. The same die was also used to cut black sheet foam, adding subtle dimension once the panels were stacked.
Before assembly, the rub-ons were applied directly to each scalloped panel. Once finished, the panels were adhered to the foam and mounted onto the coordinating card bases. To complete the set, A1 kraft envelopes were embellished with extra rub-on images for a polished, coordinated finish.

Tips for Using Rub-Ons
Work on a firm, flat surface for the best transfer.
Use the included popsicle stick (or a bone folder) and apply even pressure.
Start rubbing from one edge and work across, gently lifting the acetate as you go to check progress.
If part of the image doesn’t transfer, simply lay the acetate back down and re-rub—no stress!
Once transferred, avoid excessive handling to keep the image crisp and clean and store the transfer sheet on its backing paper.

Closing Thoughts
These sweet, brightly coloured cards came together quickly and easily, making them perfect for batch crafting or last-minute love notes. Rub-ons are such a fun, no-mess way to add detailed images and sentiments, and paired with bold cardstock and simple die-cut layers, they really shine. Add a matching envelope, and you’ve got a thoughtful, handmade set ready to send a little love through the mail. 💌
