Hello everone! I have another pair of Christmas cards with Crafty Meraki's Evergreen Elegance. These cards feature the Effortless Artistry Paper Collection and the coordinating die. The sentiments are from the Gilded Holiday Greetings Hot Foil Plate; again a real time saver! Foil several holiday words in one go and cut them all at once with the coordinating die. Creating beautiful Christmas cards couldn't be any easier!
I chose a softer palette of leaves from the Evergreen Elegance Effortless Artistry Paper Collection to compliment the plum background. Two pages were cut with the Evergreen Elegance Coordinating Die.
Plum card stock panels were trimmed to 4" by 5 1/4".
Both the leaves and the panels were spattered with Dr. PH Martin's Bleedproof White, slightly watered down, using a fan brush.
The plum panels were mounted on gold foil card stock measuring 4 1/8" by 5 3/8".
Double sided tape was adhered to a couple of lengths of plum ribbon. One length was cut in half and tied together using a flat bow knot. The ribbons were adhered to the front of the card front and wrapped around to the back.
The panels were adhered to A2 sized, black card bases.
The leaves were adhered to the card fronts with liquid adhesive at the base of the stems and foam squares to pop up the leaves.
Plum card stock was foiled in gold using Gilded Holiday Greetings Hot Foil Plate. The words and black sheet foam were cut with Gilded Holiday Greetings Coordinating Die.
The cards were embellished with Sparkle Golden Illusion Gems.
