Hello everyone! Do you have difficulty getting a clean, crisp heat embossed image. BetterPress to the rescue! Spellbinder's BetterPress Plate of the Month, Sentimental Mosaic, is a true test of perfect, letterpressed heat embossing. To be honest, I wasn't sure how it would turn out and I was shocked by the results! I would never get such a clean image with a detailed, clear stamp and it couldn't be easier!

Two panels of Porcelain BetterPress A2 Cotton Card Panels and one Black Water Colour Paper was stamped with Versamark ink using the BetterPress Letterpress System. If you are not familiar with this system, check out a video tutorial, click HERE. You will be redirected to YouTube.
The white panels were coated with a soft aqua and pink found in the Delicate Blooms Embossing Powder Trio. The black panel was coated with Gold Embossing Powder.
There is a lot of embossing powder to melt! I made sure my heat tool was at full temperature before applying the heat. The pastel embossing powder is difficult to see when it has melted. I held it right up under a work light so the shine of the melted powder could be seen.
The panels were cut with a die from Notched Corner Frames. White sheet foam was cut to stack the pastel panels on and black foam for the gold one.
The sentiments are from the Outlined Sentiments die set. The shadow dies were used to cut either white or black cards stock and matching sheet foam. They were stacked. The script was cut from cards stock that matched the embossing.
Outlined Sentiments die set also comes with some pretty florals. The die cuts were used to highlight the sentiment.
Half pearls provide a touch of shine to the floral arrangements.
