Hello everyone! Spellbinder's Crafty Advent Calendar has 24 crafty surprises including dies, stamps, embossing folders, stencils and embellishments! DAY 3 is a fun geometric design that can be used as a focal point, a border or repeated for a background! Such a versatile die set!!

Day 4 is a two piece die set; a geometric design accompanied by a border die. The geometric die was used to cut ivory and four shades of pink card stock.
The geometric die cut was adhered to white glitter card stock and the border die was used to cut it.
The darkest pink card stock was cut with a cover die included in December's Stitching Die of the Month, Stitched Love. The geometric bands were adhered to it.
The poinsettia dies from Layered Poinsettia Tree were used to cut petal layers from green and the five colours of cards used previously. The flowers were assembled.
To add additional greenery to the poinsettias, branch die cuts from the Hemlock, Cones & Chickadee die set were cut apart and adhered to the back of them. Nuvo Stone Drops Chalk White was used to add touches of snow to the tips of the needles.
The letters for the sentiment were created using the Glimmer Alphabet Hot Foil Plates & Die Set. The letters were mounted on foam die cuts and adhered to the centre of the flowers.
The card front was adhered to an A2 sized, black card base.
The flowers were adhered to the geometric bands in a diagonal line .
