Hello everyone! Spellbinder's Crafty Advent Calendar has 24 crafty surprises including dies, stamps, embossing folders, stencils and embellishments and DAY 2 is a gorgeous floral stamp accompanied by a scripty sentiment. I have created an 'all over' design on black watercolour paper and painted it super easily with mica paints.

The floral image was repeat stamped with Versamark Ink on black watercolour paper measuring 4" by 5 1/4". I found using an acrylic block easiest and was able to stamp two to three images at once.
The images were coated with gold embossing powder and melted with a heat tool.
The mica water colouring is quick and easy ... no gradients, shadows or highlights! The paint goes on fairly concentrated to achieve a solid colour.
The panel was spattered with gold paint.
A strip of vellum, long enough to wrap around the panel, was stamped with Versamark and embossed in gold.
Th width of the vellum was trimmed and it was wrapped so the sentiment would sit in the centre, lower third of the panel. The ends were creased and the vellum was taped onto the back of the panel.
The panel was adhered to matte gold card stock measuring 41/8" by 5 3/8" and then mounted onto an A2 sized , black card base.
