BetterPress Printing

Both cards began with BetterPress Porcelain A2 Cardstock  letterpressed with BetterPress Black Ink.

After pressing, the little snowmen were brought to life with Copic markers:

  • Classic Red palette: R29

  • Pink palette: V06, RV55, RV43

YR65 was used for the carrot nose and E33 for the twig arms. These subtle color variations give each card its own personality while keeping a cohesive snowy theme.

Red & Green Card – “Made with Love & Snowflakes”

For the card with red accents, I brought in elements from both the Large Die of the Month  and Small Die of the Month sets.

  • Two evergreen trees were die cut and layered for dimension.

  • The panel was lightly spattered with Spellbinders Splatter White to add a snowy finish.

  • The charming child pulling a sled stacked with gifts was assembled and popped up with foam adhesive.

  • The sentiment strip, “Made with Love & Snowflakes,” comes from the BetterPress set and was adhered beneath the scene.

The result — a cozy winter vignette full of nostalgic charm.

Pink & Cream Card – “Believe in Magic”

For the softer version, I die cut the tree from the Small Die of the Month in white cardstock, pairing it with white glitter paper for the snow drifts.

The fun sentiment, “Believe in Magic,” is a bonus item from the Deluxe Caboodle Kit, which includes all ten Club of the Month sets — a fantastic value for anyone who loves coordinated designs!

The sentiment was die cut using Chiffon and Blush Color Wheel cardstock. To add dimension, the elements were stacked with foam. The foam under the banner was trimmed halfway so it could sit seamlessly atop the raised “U.”

Whimsical Winter Charm ❄️

The BetterPress system delivers such a crisp, tactile impression that even simple background designs shine. Paired with Spellbinders dies and classic winter hues, these snowmen cards come together quickly but look beautifully detailed — perfect for spreading some handmade holiday cheer!
