Hello friends! You have to check out Spellbinders’ Spooktacular Collection by Simon Hurley! It is super cute! I have a couple of cards featuring Bewitched, Boo Crew and the Damask 3D Embossing Folder one in a 5”by 7” format and the other A2 size. The fun, dimensional frames were created with another new product, Postage Stamps 3D Emboss & Cut Folder.

Both cards were created with Colorwheel Cardstock and share the same colour palette. I worked with Violet, Tuscan and Carrot with black and white additions. The shadow for the ghost and the ghosts’ hat bands were cut from Anchor. Purple glitter paper is a fun addition to the witch’s hat.
BEWITCHED

Bewitched is an adorable cat that is assembled between the back and front of the witch’s hat to allow the cute little ears to poke through. The pumpkin from the Boo Crew was positioned on the cat’s tail. I borrowed the die cut tree branches from the Little Birdies die set adhering them to a Tuscan circle that was lightly inked around the edges with Distress Oxide Black Soot. The moon was adhered to an A2, black card base, and the cat positioned on the branch with foam squares. The card was finished off with the sentiment included in the Bewitched die set; the lettering in Violet on a black shadow. The shadow die was also used to cut black foam to mount the sentiment on.
BOO CREW

Can’t you just picture these ghosts coming to life and leaping out of picture frames in a scary mansion? Boo Crew is a super fun die set! A 5” by 7” panel of Violet cardstock was embossed with the Damask 3D Embossing Folder. The die for the window inserts from the.Postage Stamps 3D Emboss & Cut Folder was used to cut four panels of the same coloured cardstock, which were also embossed. Using a blending tool, Distress Oxide Black Soot was applied to all of the panels. The 5” by 7” panel was adhered to a black card base of the same size. The Postage Stamps 3D Emboss & Cut Folder was used to cut four, black windows. The embossing and cutting is done at the same time! The Violet window inserts were adhered to the windows, and the windows mounted on foam and positioned onto the card front.
