The Simon Says Stamp Let’s Connect set is full of playful charm with its sweet critters, colorful building blocks, and fun sentiments. It’s perfect for creating cheerful cards that celebrate friendship and connection. Today I’m sharing a set of four A5 note cards that highlight just how adorable this set can be.

Card Details
I began by creating four A5 card bases. Using the Postage Stamp Edge Frames, I die cut panels from mint, lavender, peach, and pink cardstock and adhered them to each card base.
The next smaller die from the same set was used to cut both white cardstock and white sheet foam. Before adhering, I stamped each sentiment along the bottom center of the white panels. These were then stacked onto the foam layers and adhered to the colored backgrounds to create dimension.

The images from the Let’s Connect stamp set were stamped in Memento black ink and colored with Copic markers. Each of the building block combinations was stamped twice to give flexibility when arranging the designs.
Copic colours used:
Building blocks: G40/43, R81/83, V20/25, Y04/05
Mouse: E30/37
Duck: Y04/08, YR12
Squirrel: E42/44
Dog: E41/43
Bunny: C0 for soft shading
The critters and Lego were cut with the coordinating dies.

The critters and block arrangements were adhered using foam squares to add depth and interest. Each card features a slightly different layout, making each one unique while still cohesive as a set.
To finish, I added coordinating clay embellishments to each card, tying in the colors of the layered panels and adding a fun, playful touch.

Final Thoughts
These cards are such a fun way to showcase the Let’s Connect set. The mix of bright colors, sweet characters, and dimensional layers creates cheerful designs that are perfect for celebrating friendship. This set truly makes it easy to build something special—one block at a time!
