If you love playful cards and punny sentiments, the Hero Arts Coney Club Collection is sure to make you smile! For these three cards, I combined the adorable Hot Diggedy Dog dies, Squeeze Bottle dies, and the wonderfully pun-filled Many Franks Stamp Set. The collection is packed with personality and makes creating cheerful friendship and thank-you cards so much fun.

Supply List
Colorwheel Cardstock - Truffle, Acorn, Cranberry, Beeswax, Coral, Chiffon, Indigo
Card Details
All of the die cutting was done using Spellbinders Colorwheel Cardstock . For the layered hot dog, I began with a base layer cut from Truffle cardstock and added the grill-mark layer cut from Acorn cardstock. The cheese topping was cut from Coral cardstock, while the ketchup and mustard squiggles and bottles were die cut from Cranberry and Beeswax cardstock. The bun was cut from Ivory cardstock and lightly inked around the edges with Walnut Stain Distress Oxide Ink to add depth and dimension.
Franks for Being a Friend

For the first card, I created the hot dog and nestled it into the included paper tray. A strip of patterned paper from the older Rosie’s Studio Breakfast in Bed 6x6 paper pad was added along the bottom of the card to create a fun picnic-inspired feel. The ketchup and mustard bottles from the Squeeze Bottle Die Set were positioned behind the hot dog, and the card was finished with the stamped sentiment, “Franks for Being a Friend.” The coordinating die-cut hot dog sentiment adds an extra playful touch.
Frankly, You’re Great

The second card follows a similar design, again featuring patterned paper from the Breakfast in Bed collection along the bottom of the card. This time, the mustard bottle takes center stage as it appears to be squeezing mustard directly onto the hot dog. The ketchup bottle balances the design on the opposite side, while the stamped sentiment, “Frankly, You’re Great,” fits perfectly on the front of the hot dog tray. The layered hot dog sentiment completes the card and reinforces the fun theme.
You’re the Best Thanks Card

For the third card, I switched gears and focused on the Squeeze Bottle Die Set. I created a framed background using the Open Lace Frame & Landscapes die set. The lace frame was cut from Indigo cardstock and adhered to an A2-sized Kraft card base. The inner rectangle was cut from the same patterned paper used on the previous cards and layered inside the frame.
The ketchup bottle and the scripted thanks sentiment were each cut from both Cranberry cardstock and foam, then stacked together for extra dimension. The bottle was positioned so it appears to be finishing the word thanks, creating a clever and interactive design element. To complete the card, I added the stamped sentiment “You’re the Best” from the Many Franks Stamp Set.
Closing Thoughts
The Coney Club Collection is packed with charm, personality, and plenty of opportunities for creative pun-filled cards. Whether you’re making friendship cards, thank-you cards, or simply sending a smile through the mail, these dies and stamps work together beautifully. The playful food theme, dimensional die cuts, and clever sentiments make this collection an absolute delight to create with. These cards were so much fun to make, and they are guaranteed to bring a smile to whoever receives them!
