I love making tags! A little handmade adornment on a present makes the act of giving just a bit more special. These tags include sweet sentiment strips from a new hot foil set by Spellbinders’ called Glitter Wishes! So many festive messages … 31!!! The set also includes a strip die just to make sure I cut the sentiments straight!!!
The tags were cut using Create A Tag. This is a really cool die set! Two tags were cut for each tag, one out of coloured card stock and the other white. The includes strip pattern dies. I repeated the die cutting of these strips six times on the white tag. The white tag was adhered to the coloured one.
The Parcel and Post Decorations die set was used to cut elements in both white and coloured card stock to coordinate with the background. The sentiment strips were foiled with Silver Hot Foil. White embroidery floss with strands of silver was used to create the tie. Nuvo Crystal Drops Morning Dew was used to highlight the berries and the centres of the poinsettias. The Christmas candy was finished with Nuvo Glaze.
