TULIPS TREASURE HOT FOIL PLATES, DIE SET & STENCIL SET
Tulips Treasure Hot Foil Plate Set were foiled using Aura Glimmer Hot Foil on white card stock.
The tulips were coloured using Tulips Treasure Stencil Set. These stencils coordinate with both the hot foil plates and stamp set. They are easily lined up for quick and easy colouring. Pawsitively Saturated Inks were applied with a blender brush. One flower was coloured with Peachy, Grapefruit and Pucker. For the other tulip, Guava, Watermelon and Cherry were used. The leaves were done up in Aspen, Sage and Pine.
The flowers and white foam were cut with Tulips Treasure Die Set and stacked.
For the pink tulips, Magic Meadow Cover Die was used to create a background on white card stock.
For the other one, cardstock was stencilled with Grapefruit using Tiny Dot Stencil and this panel and foam were cut with a scalloped die from Nested Scalloped Frames and adhered to a larger panel cut using the stitched frame from the same die set.
The backgrounds and tulips were adhered to A2 sized card bases.
Sentiment strips using Gratitude Sentiment Stamp and Gratitude Sentiment Die were adhered to the card front.
The scripty words cut from gold from the For You Sentiment Die were adhered to one card.
TULIPS TREASURE STAMP SET
The images and sentiments from Tulips Treasure Stamp Set were stamped to create a background using Versamark ink on Canson XL Watercolour paper and embossed in white.
The images were water coloured with powdered pigments. When dry, the background was painted.
The panel was trimmed to A2 size and a scalloped die from Nested Scalloped Frames was used to cut the centre of the panel, white foam and vellum.
The panel was adhered to an A2 sized card base. The scalloped panel was mounted on the foam die cut and inlaid on the card front.
The scripty words from For You Sentiment Die were cut from white card stock four times and stacked. The shadow die was used to cut white card stock and foam. The stacked words were adhered to the card stock shadow die cut and then to the vellum scalloped panel.
The foam shadow die cut was adhered to the back of the panel aligning it to the card stock shadow die cut on top. The vellum panel was adhered to the front of the card by applying adhesive to the foam shadow die cut. This method lifts the vellum off the card allowing for light to be diffused and also ensures no unsightly adhesive will show through the vellum.
A sentiment strip using Gratitude Sentiment Stamp and Gratitude Sentiment Die was adhered to the card front.
The vellum panel was embellished with iridescent confetti topped with Nuvo Crystal Drops Morning Dew. For the larger ones, small white adhesive foam dots were placed under the vellum to add additional stability to the panel.
TULIPS TREASURE STAMP & DIE SETS
An A2 sized panel and tag from with Signature Tags Die Set were cut from matte gold card stock and cut with the Magic Meadow Cover Die.
The flowers from Tulips Treasure Stamp Set were stamped with Versamark ink on vellum paper, white embossed and cut using Tulips Treasure Die Set.
For the tag, a small scallop die from Nested Scalloped Frames was used to cut white card stock and foam. Using the same technique in the previous card to lift with vellum off of the panel, the tulip was sandwiched between the card stock and foam scalloped frame. Using Foxtrot Alphabet Die Set, the word love was cut four times, stacked and adhered to the frame.
For the card, the debossed panel was adhered to an A2 sized card base and scalloped frames in white and gold (this one was foam backed) from Nested Scalloped Frames were layered on top. White card stock foiled in gold with For You Hot Foil Plate and foam were cut with the shadow die from the For You Sentiment Die.
The tag and card were embellished with white pearls.
