Hello everyone! I hope you had a great weekend and feel re-energized for the new week ahead. I have been working with Simon Says Stamp's Everything Together ... a great stamp set with five big, bold sentiments! I wanted to create several cards with these sentiments as focal points on alcohol ink backgrounds.
IN A NUTSHELL
All of the cards are made in much the same way. Alcohol ink backgrounds were die cut with one of the 'frames' die sets. The sentiments were embossed two times. Each of the small, inner panels and the additional die cut elements were foam backed. Thin frames were taped to the outer portion of the panel to hold it in place before adhering it to an A2 sized card base. The inner raised panel was then attached to the card. The elements unique to each card are as outlined:
MISS YOU LIKE CRAZY
The background for this card was created with Alcohol Pearl Intrigue, and Alcohol Ink Mixative Pearl. The sentiment strip, Simon Says Stamp's Say It All Friend, was stamped with Versafine Ink and die cut with Simon Says Stamp's Sentiment Labels. Iridescent confetti finished this card.

The alcohol inks used for this background are Sunset Orange, Dandelion, and Willow. The panel was die cut with Simon Says Stamp's A2 Thin Frames. Simon Says Stamp's Fresh Daisies and iridescent confetti complete this card.
HEY THERE, GOOD LOOKIN'
This background was created with one alcohol ink, Aqua. The panel was die cut with Simon Says Stamp's A2 Thin Frames and embellished with iridescent confetti. The daisy was trimmed from Simon Says Stamps Circle Daisy Wafer die to complete this card.
I WISH WE LIVED CLOSER
The background for this card was created with Latte, Espresso and Willow. The panel was die cut with the scalloped frame from Simon Says Stamp's Frames. Matte gold sequins were topped up with Nuvo Morning Dew drops.
YOU ARE SIMPLY THE BEST EVER
The alcohol inks used on this background were Dandelion and Citrus. The panel was die cut with Simon Says Stamp's A2 Thin Frames and embellished with iridescent confetti and flowers from Simon Says Stamp's Flower Swag.
