Most of the die cutting was done with Spellbinders’ Merino Wool Felt – Classic Pooh Collection, which includes seven soft, coordinated colours. To add a touch of whimsy, a few extra felt shades were mixed in so that the honey pots appear in playful, pastel variations. Each Pooh bear and honey pot was stitched by hand using a combination of running and basket stitches. The bears were stuffed with polyester batting for dimension and softness.

Gold embroidery floss was threaded through the top of each ornament to create hanging loops. To finish the tree, pom-pom ornaments were added. The tree topper — a soft, stitched star — was created with the Essential Stars Die Set, adding the perfect handmade touch to the display.
